Question: If the colonists did the “Boston Tea Party” as protest to tax on tea,?
Will any one in are present time do a similar protest for the “Life Style Tax?
(New Tax on wines, etc… which is essentially the same as tea was for the colonist)
I don’t have the life style, so I wont be taxed.
Steve is correct, a cargo of tea was used at the time, probably because it would have been less damaging than a fire and would have hurt feelings more to get their attention.

Are they now going to have a Tea Party for something real this time? Since the last ones were not quite the success that they planned would it be wiser to have a protest that actually protest a real thing rather than something fictional and made up like Obamas Tax hikes that did not and still have not taken place? With so many real issues I am pretty sure it would be easier to protest one of them.

I am not sure if im actually going to follow through but i believe something needs to be done about the increase in size of federal government, gov. spending, and taxation. I just want to be knowledgeable and become well informed enough to successfully carry out such an act if necessary.
